Session Goals:

·       Understand the terms “Insiders” and “Outsiders” when discussing identity groups

·       Examine how differences can result in negative “Insider and Outsider” relationships

·       Identify the “Insiders” and “Outsiders” in your school, district, and/or association

·       Explore ways you can work to change the dynamics of social oppression
